Addicted to Dates is a vegan baking and dessert blog run by Christina Leopold, a recipe developer, food photographer, and content creator based in County Kerry, Ireland. Trained in culinary arts (BA, CIT/MTU) with an honors degree in hospitality management, she went plant-based in 2015 and focuses on veganized versions of classic and nostalgic desserts, made without dairy, eggs, honey, or gelatin. She is the author of the cookbook "No-Bake Vegan Desserts."
