The Cinnamon Snail is the vegan food brand of chef Adam Sobel, who founded the organic vegan food truck of the same name (launched in New Jersey/NYC, closed in 2020) and now runs it as a recipe blog and online culinary academy. The truck won Vendy Awards (People's Choice 2012, Vendy Cup 2014) and Sobel authored the cookbook Street Vegan (Clarkson Potter, 2015); he has also cooked as a guest chef at the James Beard House. His recipes span inventive vegan comfort food, from doughnuts to seitan sandwiches.
