Hot Thai Kitchen is the recipe site and cooking show of Pailin "Pai" Chongchitnant, a Thai-born, Vancouver-based chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu who has taught authentic Thai cooking on YouTube since 2009, where her channel Pailin's Kitchen has over 2 million subscribers. She is the author of the cookbooks Hot Thai Kitchen (2016) and Sabai (2023), a Taste Canada and Gourmand Awards winner, co-host of the Sabai Talk podcast, and a former co-host of One World Kitchen on Gusto TV.
