Juicy Marbles is a Slovenian plant-based meat company (developed by Formidable Foods, Inc. and produced in Ljubljana), founded in 2020 by Tilen Travnik, Luka Sinček, Maj Hrovat, and Vladimir Mićković. It is known for launching the world's first whole-cut plant-based filet mignon, made with a patent-pending fiber-layering process, and has since expanded to loins, ribs, and other soy-based whole cuts. The company raised a $4.5M seed round in 2021 and has been covered by TechCrunch and CNN, with retail distribution including Waitrose in the UK.
