  • 1/2 cup rolled oatsensure gluten-free as needed
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seedunsalted
  • 2 tbsp hemp seedprefer hulled
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

"It was fairly straightforward; we didn't have hemp seeds available, so we didn't use them. Left in the oven for longer than the 14-18 minute recommended time frame, closer to 20-22 minutes, and they still turned out great."
