- 1/2 cup rolled oats— ensure gluten-free as needed
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seed— unsalted
- 2 tbsp hemp seed— prefer hulled
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

"It was fairly straightforward; we didn't have hemp seeds available, so we didn't use them. Left in the oven for longer than the 14-18 minute recommended time frame, closer to 20-22 minutes, and they still turned out great."
