Gauthier Soho is a French fine-dining restaurant in a Regency townhouse on Romilly Street in London's Soho, run by chef-patron Alexis Gauthier, who earned it a Michelin star in 2011. Gauthier went vegan in 2016 and converted the restaurant to a fully plant-based menu in 2021, making it one of the first classical French fine-dining restaurants in the world to do so; he is known for his "faux gras" and for sister ventures Studio Gauthier and 123 Vegan.
